DAVID BECKHAM

David Beckham is a well-known character amongst almost everyone. His achievements in football are numerous and hard to keep track of. Beckham is the fifth most capped English player of all time, has twice been the runner up in the FIFA World Player Of The Year Award in 1999 and 2001. In addition to being the only Englishman to score in three different World Cups, is also only the ninth player in World Cup history to score twice from direct free kicks. He is not only well known for his football skills, his charm and charisma is absolutely undeniable. His good looks created a mark for him in the fashion industry as a model. David's life capabilities have now brought him to a weekly income of an estimated five million dollars. He may not be the ideal gift to the Queen because she may not appreciate his qualities.

CEPHALOPOD

A Cephalopod is widely regarded as one of the most intelligent invertebrates in the world. They have relatively large brains and they have well developed senses. Their brains are larger than those of the gastropods or bivalves who are in the same family as them. Although they have the amazing and helpful ability to be able to change their body colour, they are probably colour blind. They have the survival ability of being able to camoflage themselves by using their chromatophores to change their brightness and pattern according to the background they see. These qualities make the cephalopod amazing by nature and extremely intelligent. It is definitely one that I believe the Queen would appreciate and love it because its intelligence would reflect on her own.

PARIS

Paris Hilton is one beautiful young lady. She has her wonderful locks of blonde hair, shining blue eyes and a great figure. She is also one of the richest in the world and thus she is wears branded goods everyday. Paris was once featured on playboy magazine on the March 2005 issue and she even has her own album titled, Paris. The two hit songs in her album, Nothing in this World and Stars are Blind have hit the charts of places all around the world. However, those songs, after careful consideration, have meaningless lyrics although they have nice tunes. For her to accept these lyrics and even sing them shows her intelligence, absence. They show no forms of intelligence in each verse and chorus. The incident of her mishap of not putting petrol in her brand new car and driving it, shows how much she knows. Presenting her as a gift would be an extreme insult to the Queen Borg.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Therefore, what may be beautiful to us may not be beautiful to them. Unlike beauty, intelligence is one that is everlasting. Intelligence should be well appreciated everywhere including the Planet Borg. Achievements cannot be compared to Intelligence as well because achievements could happen by sheer luck when you get the right opportunities. Intelligence would mean that you definitely are dominant and the best. Presenting a present to the Queen Borg would obviously require a wonderful, intelligent gift.

Therefore in conclusion, I choose the Cephalopod over David Beckham and Paris Hilton. A Cephalopod would outdo David Beckham’s intelligence although David Beckham is better looking because, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. The cephalopod would definitely have an intelligence factor miles better than Paris Hilton’s sheer stupidity which would be an insult to the queen.

I guess the tough nut of the queen had better crack this time because this present is gonna blow her shell off. :))
